Fee Structure
By the Project:  
  • Only need creative support for specific items or event
  • In-house staff swamped and can’t take on additional project until future
  • Want an “outside person’s view”
  • Already have marketing plan and just need “flat fee” services
  • Consultation for creative on specific re-branding or branding projects
Deposits are required to start work. You’ll know the upfront costs. plus we get estimates for additional services if necessary. And you sign off with approvals along the way.

By Retainer:
  • No worry about “the meter running”as you know the monthly fee
  • Need strategic communications for start up, rebranding or annual plan which normally takes a few months to plan, launch, execute and evaluate
  • Have desire for on-going Advertising and public relations campaigns
  • Consultation and creative regarding branding, internal communication, creative
The retainer is billed one month in advance, with the first payment required prior to work performed. Outside vendors ie designs, photographers, etc., are billed separately. Either party can cancel contract with one month notice.

By the Hour:
  • Usually best for production-intensive projects (though billed at highest rate)
  • In-house marketing department needs assistance for short term
  • Editing and proofing services

I can help you save money by putting together a team of design professionals that includes:
  • Graphic design
  • Website design
  • Photography
  • Videography and scriptwriting
  • Voice over talent
  • Printing
All these vendors and suppliers will have their own fees, but as usual, you’ll know how much they charge PRIOR to any work performed. Everything goes through Jamesgang creative+communications llc, hence the "virtual" agency.
